我们正寻找JavaScript专家来一起用 React 或微信小程序创建让人过目难忘的应用。

你将会参与：

利用 JavaScript 创建大型 Web 应用。 比如说依靠 Node.js API 为百万级用户创建 ，React 应用，微信小程序 或者 React Native 移动应用。

日常工作中，你的职责为：

• 从设计到交付，全程参与打造一个产品。 并不需要你面面俱到完成所有工作，但期望你关心产品的架构，用户体验，技术栈，测试以及部署等
• 编写高质量的代码：具有可维持性，可扩展性，可测试性。 我们在乎所有细节
• 帮助团队提升与学习。 我们一直尝试与改善我们创建产品与帮助彼此的方式

我们寻找的人：

• 有两年以上的前端开发经验。 你应该拥有至少一个让你值得骄傲的项目向我们展示，或者你活跃的 GitHub 个人页面
• 对 JavaScript 非常熟悉。 我们的前端使用 React, Redux, Webpack, 微信小程序， ES6，后端使用 Node.js, Golang 和 Python
• 热爱开源。 我们热衷为开源社区做出贡献，我们定期举办比如 JSConf China 这样吸引上千人参与的大会
• 喜欢开放式办公文化并喜欢学习。 我们持续尝试新的科技，挑战彼此的技能并且公开讨论我们的观点
• 重视 UI/UX 与代码质量。 我们每个人都在产品的交付过程中承担重要角色。而这一切，都从为我们的用户设计与写高质量的代码开始。职位同时向初级和资深开发工程师开放。

React Developer

We’re looking for Javascript developers to help us build single page apps at scale.

Our front-end team creates apps for consumer apps as well as admin interfaces for our very own platforms for e-commerce, customer data tracking and Social CRM (Omni). You’ll work directly with our backend, mobile, design and product teams, as well as our clients, to design, build and scale platforms for tens of millions of users in China and abroad.

We take pride in great engineering and invest in forward thinking technologies. We adopted React in 2013 and Node.js in 2010, we’ve also been very active contributors to the Javascript community in China, single-handedly organizing JSConf China since 2013.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Experience working with an agile methodology (e.g. SCRUM)
• Proficient with Git and GitHub
• Familiarity with Docker and modern DevOps/CI/CD approaches
