此全球科营中心于2007年成立，是续印度香奈、马来西亚吉隆坡之后全球第三家服务共享中心，提供金融后台数据服务。
所招聘部门的工作方向为金融市场软件开发（也是一个全球性机构），全球超过600名员工，分布在新加坡、伦敦、钦奈、迪拜、纽约、香港等地。于2010年在天津组建，目标于五年内建立一个世界领先的金融市场系统开发中心。部门主管为美籍华人，部门业务主要集中于投行业务，会按照银行大型投资、股票、债券等不同fuction划分，工作均为全英文。

如果是住在天津市区的员工，公司提供班车每天上下班接送。

目前招聘职位有
Sr. Software Eng/Tech Lead （PL-SQL/Database/UNIX）

要求

• 8years + SQL, PL/SQL & Oracle 10g/11g工作经验
• Experience in performance tuning Engineering (SQL Tuning, Instance Tuning, Database Tuning, OS Tuning & Capacity Planning of databases).
• Experience in building the databases using RMAN, IMP/EXP and DATA PUMP.
• 5+ years of experience in UNIX with Shell scripting is mandatory.
• Prior work experience on Fermat ALM suite would be an advantage.
• Prior experience in IBM DataStage would be an advantage.
• Exposure to Treasury & Asset Liability Management is highly desirable.
• Strong abilities on problem solving and constructive thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
• Strong skills on communication in both written and oral English
