菜鸟求助！！！

刚学习python 想学习python读取excel里面的数据，需要安装xlrd和xlwt 模块，下载下来了，安装不了，网上搜寻了各种安装方法，还是没有办法解决问题，求助大佬帮忙！！！

出现错误代码
