在首次推送到 Heroku 上之前是不是应该要设置 Heroku remote ？

在执行

> git push heroku master

一直提示

fatal: 'heroku' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

查询，只有 github 的远程仓库

> git remote -v
origin  https://github.com/chuoke/app-name.git (fetch)
origin  https://github.com/chuoke/app-name.git (push)

然后这样设置后，再推送就顺畅了

> heroku git:remote -a <app-name>

不知道正常情况是不是这样，你们有遇到吗？
