Laravel5.5 用 jwt 后 API 接口查询用户时耗时很久的原因？

如上，在日志记录中，可以看到查询当前用户信息耗时 314ms，但在 navicat 中执行同样的语句耗时 9ms，相差很大，不知该如何优化
