We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer, based in our exciting Singapore office to support our growing regional Engineering team that is based in Singapore. You will be part of an international team of highly talented and motivated people.
As Fullstack Engineer, we're looking for a talented Front End Developer to join our highly skilled software development team based in Singapore, working collaboratively with the wider projects department to solve real-life problems for our restaurant partners and contact centre. We are developing a new Menu management product which plugs in with our existing restaurant portal which is based on plug-in architecture. You will be responsible for front end development of the menu management portal
Skills
• Developing new user-facing features using React.js is preferred, but experience with Backbone, Ember, Knockout, Angular or Vue is also relevant
• Build both frontend and backend applications using the latest technologies in AWS Cloud
• Experience in front-end development using React.js and Redux projects
• Experience building systems using relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, DynamoDB or similar
• Preferred experience with Node.js (ES6+), Python, PHP! A brief experience with Golang will also be relevant
• Experience in micro-services required
• Participate in technical design and planning sessions
• Implement new features for the company's platform/applications
• Perform code reviews, bug fixes, etc
• Knowledge of using Docker and Kubernetes is preferred but experience with Serverless is also relevant
• Experience in writing unit test and integration test
• Flexible and open-minded personality
• Excited to learn & try out new things
• You firmly believe in lean and agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with source control using Git
• A “can-do” attitude towards change and ambiguity Required Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in front end development in e-commerce or hyperlocal industry
• Relevant engineering degree from a reputed university
