谷歌了一下，使用以下命令安装了，但下一步运行gulp后又报错了。

2.执行以下命令：
2.1

$ rm -rf node_modules

2.2 

$ yarn config set registry http://registry.cnpmjs.org

2.3 

$ yarn install --no-bin-links

3.接下来打开 pakage.json 修改

"dev": "npm run development",
"development": "NODE_ENV=development node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js --progress --hide-modules --config=node_modules/laravel-mix/setup/webpack.config.js",
"watch": "NODE_ENV=development node_modules/webpack/bin/webpack.js --watch --progress --hide-modules --config=node_modules/laravel-mix/setup/webpack.config.js",
"watch-poll": "npm run watch -- --watch-poll",

我是直接把 node_modules 那个文件夹删除了，然后重新 yarn 就解决了
