为什么 Lumen aritisan 工具没有生成 model 的命令？

一些很常用的新建控制器，模型这些命令，为什么 Lumen 没有？这是基于什么考虑？还是说先用 Laravel 做整站，需要做成 api 的部分再用 Lumen，这样就是直接复用已经存在的 Controller 和 Model，不是太明白。
