Laravel PHP artisan config:cache 使用后 Call to undefined method Closure::__set_state ()？

今天用了一个命令

Laravel php artisan config:cache

后面使用composer还是artisan都报错了

[Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError]
  Call to undefined method Closure::__set_state()

查询了一下错误的位置是
bootstrap\cache\config.php下的
