这是由于你的 mysql 版本低造成的问题，如果版本在 5.7.7 以下，则会报这个错误，但是好像 8 也会报错

解决方法：在app\Providers\AppServiceProvider.php中的 boot 方法中添加代码\Schema::defaultStringLength(191);
